Job Description includes and not limited to:

* working with 1 man

*APPLICANT'S PARTNER remunerated for staff meals

* Keeping up maintenance on vehicles and machinery including cleaning

*All stock work done on motorbikes – no dogs or horses

*Building and maintaining buildings, fences and yards

*Fabricating various designs

*Grading Roads

*Delving Bore Drains

*Some Hay making

*Chemical woody Weed control

*Pruning

*Basically furnished 3 bedroom air-conditioned house

*Evaporative air conditioner in main area

*Electricity

*Gas

*Back up Generator
